Richard Gonzalez has over 25 years’ experience in food safety management both in government and with major corporations. He earned his AS degree at Grossmont College and a BS in Biology at San Diego State University. He holds certifications in HACCP, GFSI, Safe Quality Foods and Lean Manufacturing. He has been awarded two new product development awards from Sara Lee Bakeries and a Government savings award from the Department of Defense. Before joining True Fresh HPP he was Corporate food safety auditor for Bimbo Bakeries USA and Canada
