CEO, ALAN True is the Guest Speaker at Chapman University’s 6th annual Food Science Networking Event

Alan True was asked to be a guest speaker at Chapman University’s Annual Food Science Networking Night that brings together graduate students, alumni and food industry professionals.
His keynote for the event was, “Maintaining TRUE quality Foods & Beverages with High Pressure Processing”

Alan states, “There is a shift from shelf stable center store assortments to Refrigerated Fresh offerings sold in the Perimeter of the Store.
This shift is a result of the changes in: How we get our Information, and the tipping of buying power from the baby boomers to the Millennials.”

The future of food is evolving and True Fresh HPP is at the forefront of food and technology joining forces for better quality, fresher tasting, longer shelf life and safer food and beverages.
